The words, not just the pictures
Listing text and tags, written from your own details
The studio reads your photo and writes three titles, a description, the points worth calling out and the tags, from the business details you saved. Held to the limits of Etsy, Shopify or your own site.
1 credit an image • reading your photo is free • nothing is watermarked
How it works
- Fill in your business details once Your business name, what you sell, who buys it and how you write. It is one page, it is saved to your account, and every run after this starts from it.
- Add one photo of the product The studio reads the photo, which is what stops the writing from being generic: it can see the material, the colour and the shape for itself.
- Pick the platform and write it Choose Etsy, Shopify or your own site, then write the listing for 2 credits. It comes back as four fields, each with its own copy button and its own character count.
What comes back
Four fields, in the order you paste them into a shop. Each one has its own copy button.
-
Titles three, one per angle
Replace with a screenshot of the titles field as the studio writes it, 16:9 at 1600 x 900, with its copy button and its character count showing. Mockup Titles. Three ways to say the same thing, so you can pick the one that reads best on the page. Held to the platform's cap and counted as you read.
-
Description one, in your voice
Replace with a screenshot of the description field as the studio writes it, 16:9 at 1600 x 900, with its copy button and its character count showing. Mockup Description. Written from what you saved about your business and from what the studio can see in your photo, so it sounds like your shop rather than a template.
-
What stands out the points worth calling out
Replace with a screenshot of the what stands out field as the studio writes it, 16:9 at 1600 x 900, with its copy button and its character count showing. Mockup What stands out. The short lines a buyer skims before the description: the material, the finish, the thing that makes it different from the one next to it.
-
Tags the words people search
Replace with a screenshot of the tags field as the studio writes it, 16:9 at 1600 x 900, with its copy button and its character count showing. Mockup Tags. The search words for your listing, as a list you can copy in one go.
Made for a listing that sounds like you
-
Written from what you saved
Your details are the starting point, not a blank page. The voice you saved is the voice the writing uses.
-
Held to the platform's limits
Etsy and Shopify cap the title and the tags differently, and the writer knows both. You see the count beside every field before you paste it.
-
It leaves a gap rather than guessing
If a material, a size or a delivery time is not in what you saved or visible in your photo, it stays out of the writing. You can type it in yourself.
Listing text: questions
What does the listing cost?
2 credits, on top of the images if you make any. Reading your photo and planning the shots is free, and the listing is charged when you press the button to write it.
What do I actually get?
Three titles, a description, the points worth calling out and the tags. Every field has its own copy button, and the ones with a limit show the character count so you can see what fits.
Which platforms does it write for?
Etsy, Shopify and your own site or in-person sales. Those are the three whose title and tag limits the writer knows. Amazon is not on the list on purpose: its limits change from category to category, so a guess would write a listing that gets rejected.
Can I change what it wrote?
It is your listing. Copy a field, edit it in your shop, or write the whole thing yourself from the parts you like. Nothing is posted anywhere for you.
Does it use my saved business details?
Yes, and that is the point of saving them. Your business name, what you sell, who buys it, how you write, and the returns and shipping answers you filled in. Change them on your profile and the next listing is written from the new ones.
Do I need to make images as well?
No. The listing can be written on its own for 2 credits, and the images are separate at 1 credit each. Most people do both in one go.
Where else you sell
The studio is the same one whichever shop you use. Start from the page that matches yours, or open it and add your photo.
- Etsy listing images Listing photos, plus the title, description and tags to Etsy's limits.
- Amazon listing images A full set of listing images for Amazon, square, portrait or landscape.
- Shopify product images Product images for your shop, and the listing text to Shopify's limits.
- Resale photos One item at a time, for eBay, Depop, Vinted and Poshmark.
- Product photography Your product in a studio, kitchen or marble setting, without a shoot day.
Save your details once, then stop explaining yourself
Fill in your business profile, add a photo, and the writing starts from what you saved. The listing costs 2 credits and every field is yours to edit.
