Does the toolbox upload my info anywhere? ▾
The AI tools send what you type to the AI provider (DeepSeek) to run the tool and bring the result back to you. Your account keeps a history of your tool use so you can revisit it, and nothing is used to train anything. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
How do I get good results from the AI tools? ▾

What happens when I run out of credits? ▾
Buy another pack whenever you like. There is no subscription, so nothing renews on its own and there is nothing to cancel.
Does editing a prompt cost a credit? ▾
Yes - a rewrite counts as a fresh use, so it spends that tool's credit price again. Every tool shows its price before you run it, and browsing your past prompts is always free.

Payments run through Stripe, and I never see your card details. Every pack sends a receipt to your email.
Can I use my CopySprout login here? ▾
Yes. One account works across Moss sites. Plans are separate, so a CopySprout subscription does not unlock the toolbox, and toolbox credits do not unlock CopySprout.
How do I create an account and sign in? ▾
Click the Account button in the top right. You can sign in with your email and a password, or just use your Google account. Creating one is free - you only need an account to use the AI tools.
Do I need a separate login for each tool? ▾
No. One account unlocks every AI tool in the toolbox, so you sign in once and can jump between tools.
How do I change my password? ▾
Open the account menu in the top right and pick Change password. It appears when you signed up with an email and password - if you signed in with Google, there's no password to change.
Where do I see how many credits I've used? ▾
Open the account menu in the top right and pick Credit history. It lists your past AI tool use, so you can see where your credits went.
