How it works

What does the Customer Reply Generator do?
Paste a message a customer sent you - a question before they buy, a DM, an email - and it writes three replies you could send, in the voice you saved on your business profile. It's an AI tool, one credit each time.
Where do the answers come from?
From your business profile: your returns, shipping and other saved answers, your voice, your business name and what you sell. Fill them in once and every reply uses them. None of it is required - with nothing saved, the replies are written from the customer's message alone. Adding or changing your details is free.
Will it make up a returns policy or a delivery time?
No. If your saved details do not answer something the customer asked, the replies promise nothing and the toolbox lists that question for you, with a link to where you can add the answer. An invented returns window is worse than saying you will check.
Does it know my orders?
No, and it never pretends to. It cannot see orders, accounts, tracking, payments or stock, so it never says it has checked on an order - if the customer asks about a specific one, it writes a reply that offers to look into it.
Is this the same as the Review Response Generator?
They are different jobs. A review is public, and that tool writes the calm public reply a bad review needs. This one answers questions before someone buys, from the answers you have already saved. Use whichever matches the message in front of you.
Can I change a reply after it's written?
Yes. Use the Edit it bar under any reply and ask for what you want - shorter, warmer, mention the gift wrapping. A rewrite costs one credit, same as writing new ones.
Is it free?
