What does the Review Response Generator do?
Paste a customer review and it writes three replies ready to post. Pick the star rating, what kind of business you run, and how you want to sound. It's an AI tool, one credit each time.
Can I use a screenshot of the review?
Yes. Attach a picture of the review instead of pasting the words - it saves retyping on an app where the text will not copy. The toolbox reads the review out of the picture and writes the replies to it, for the same one credit. If the picture turns out to hold no review, you are not charged and nothing is used up.
Does it work for any review site?
Yes - Etsy, Google, Yelp, Facebook, anywhere reviews show up. Pick the business type that fits and the replies use the right language for it.
Will it argue with the reviewer?
No. The replies never argue publicly. For a bad review it apologizes for the experience and invites the customer to sort it out privately, which keeps the public reply calm.
Can I change a reply after it's written?
Yes. Use the Rewrite bar under any reply and ask for what you want - warmer, shorter, mention your guarantee. A rewrite costs one credit, same as writing new ones.
Is it free?

Does it know my business name?
